J. M. Williams and Associates (JMWA) was founded by James M. Williams in March of 1992.
James is a licensed Structural Engineer having passed the California structural engineering exam. He is licensed in more than 15 states and has provided engineering services in more than 10 countries.
James is a Past President of the Structural Engineers Association of Utah (SEAU) and has also served on the Construction Advisory Board for the LDS Church. He currently serves on the Board of Appeals for Orem City and is a member of the Board for ITT Technical College. He is also a member of the Structural Engineers Association of California, American Concrete Institute, American Society of Civil Engineers, International Conference of Building Officials, American Institute of Steel Construction, Utah Home Builders Association, Portland Cement Institute, and many others. |
